Manufacturing process features:
 
Special petroleum pipe is used, and the end thickening technology is adopted, and the end thickening conforms to API 5D standard
The steel grade of thickened tube body can reach G105 or G135
 
Forging and pressing process of joint blank, controlled nitriding heat treatment, in accordance with API spec7-1 standard

According to the requirements of API 5dp, 100% of drill pipe is subject to ultrasonic and magnetic flux leakage detection.
 
With all the required physical and chemical testing equipment, the drill pipe can be tested for all-round mechanical properties according to the requirements of API 5dp standard. All testing equipment is purchased from Mts.
 
Independent thread gauge storage room, 100% inspection of key thread parameters and keeping inspection records.
