The Water Swivel is connected between pump and the top of the drill rod string by a high pressure hose, allowing water or other drilling fluids to be pumped through the rod string.
There are two types of water swivels,
- Surface Compact Plus Water Swivel, with AW rod box spindle connection;
- Surface Universal Water Swivel, with BW rod box spindle connection.
Features:
1. Suitable for use with water or drilling mud only. Packing and mating wear wear sleeves are subject to wear and generally operate with a small degree of leakage depending on RPM and vibration level.
2. Adapter subs are available to adapt to BQ NQ HQ PQ drill rod.
