Rock drilling tools:
Bit shank type of DHD series DTH Bits are designed to fit DTH hammers, which is the most popular design for blasting bore holes, water well drilling. In conjunction with DTH hammers, DTH hammer bits with DHD shank type are designed with a splined drive for rotating the bit in the ground. Rock drill bits in DHD shank are available in different sizes and different styles so they can drill a wide range of hole sizes.
It is usually used as gauge buttons and front buttons of DTH Bits, suitable for medium abrasive and hard formations.

Down The Hole Hammer Features:
1. Button bit is well known for its high wear resistance on medium-hard to hard abrasive rock formations (between 2.0 Mpa to 2.6 Mpa compressive strength). Featuring spherical tungsten carbide inserts that is known to have strong configuration against carbide fracture.
2. Recommended for eliminating hole deviation.
3. Widely used drifting and tunneling.
4. Bit face design is ideal for medium-hard to hard abrasive rock.
