The integral blade steel stabilizer is well-suited for use in most formations, from soft and sticky to hard and abrasive. The tool can be supplied in both "open" and "full-wrap" designs for optimum hole wall contact. In addition, it is available in both bottom hole and string designs, providing the flexibility to run it anywhere in the BHA.
One-piece construction
The integral blades and tool body eliminate the risk of leaving components or pieces in the hole.
The drilling stabilizer is an essential part of full hole; pendulum and increase the stability decrease the incline in drilling assembly. The high quality tungsten carbide pin could be cold coated in the work surface and on the up and down beveled shoulder. We also could weld carbide particles in the surface according to customer requirements. Stabilizer work with surface hardening and the hardening forms are HF1000, HF2000, HF3000, HF4000, HF5000and HF6000.
