ROSCHEN always maintains certain advantages in technical equipment. There are two drill pipe production lines with an annual production capacity of 4000 tons. The main key equipment includes the intelligent full-automatic drill pipe intermediate frequency heat treatment production line. The equipment thread laser processor and 600t friction welding machine are welding machines with a diameter of 300 mm and a specification of J, 1000 ton thickening forging press, various intelligent CNC thread processing machines, wear-resistant automatic welding machine and other equipment.
Technology highlights
After the scientific design of the thickening end and the accurate calculation of the thickening process, the advanced thickening equipment is used for thickening to ensure the long and smooth inner transition zone.
The multi-point temperature measuring natural gas walking furnace widely accepted by the oil drilling tool manufacturing industry is used to heat treat the pipe body to ensure the best fit of strength and toughness.
After long-term cooperation with international mainstream drilling companies, they fully understood their thread design concept and thread processing method, greatly improving their thread design ability.
QPQ method is used to treat the thread surface. The wear resistance and anti sticking level of the thread are leading in the world.
One type of directional drilling, horizontal drilling, is used to drastically increase production. Here, a horizontal well is drilled across an oil and gas formation, increasing production by as much as 20 times more than that of its vertical counterpart. Horizontal drilling is any wellbore that exceeds 80 degrees, and it can even include more than a 90-degree angle (drilling upward).
